2022 Fall & 2023 Indoor Season

Hero Sprint Club Fall/Indoor Training for High School Athletes will have an Athlete Kick-off meeting on Tuesday, October 25th, 5:00p at Bolt & Tie, 1400 Main Street, Clarksville, IN 47129 in the Rosie Conference Room. Practice will resume after so come prepared.

Extensive training includes:

  • 2-3 days per week (on the track or grass) speed and endurance, group training 

  • 2 days per week strength and plyometric at Savoy Fitness

  • Indoor track training @ Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning*

  • College recruiting insights & best practices 

  • Preparation for 5 to 6 competitive indoor meets(schedule being finalized)

  • Regional & national exposure via social media platforms and recruiting networks

  • Nutrition plans and recommendations

  • Access to study and leisure lounges and food bar at Bolt & Tie live-work community before and/or between workouts

  • Conference/meeting room space for team meetings and workshops

*Once the weather turns we will start our indoor training at Norton Sports & Learning Center on Tuesdays(7:30p) & Thursdays(TBD).

  • Monday (5p @ Savoy)

  • Tuesday (5p @ Various locations announced weekly)

  • Thursday (5p @ Various locations announced weekly)

  • Friday (4p @ Savoy)

Season timeline: 

  • October 24th, 2022 through February 24th, 2023

Price: 

  • $195 per month 

  • Price will vary for athletes who are on alternate strength training schedules with preferred trainers. Contact Hero coach for details.

  • New Athlete/Parent Zoom Meeting on Tuesday, October 18th @ 7:30p

  • Returning Athlete/Parent Zoom Meeting on Wednesday, October 19th @ 7:30p

  • Zoom links will be texted to parents

  • November: College Recruiting 101, guest speaker Coach Brooke Rasnick, NCAA National Champion Coach

  • December:Sports Nutrition, Eating for Optimum Performance

  • January: Public Speaking, Speaking with Purpose

  • February: Sports Psychology, Dealing with Performance Anxiety
